Lancashire wedding photographer - Haworth Art Gallery Wedding

Every single wedding I cover is very very special. It's always an honour to play a part in someone's wedding day and capture their memories for them. It's even more special when that person has been your friend for over 20 years. Saoirse and I first met at high school and have remained friends since. So I can't tell you how happy I was when she met Will and they decided to get married. When they asked me to be a part of that big I was ecstatic. Not only because she's one of my oldest friends but also because she's a flipping style queen and I knew the wedding was going to every which way rock.

I was not at all disappointed. I arrived in the morning to the house of bridal preparations which happened to belong to another of my good friends Beci. She was a non-bridesmaids for the day. The girls from Genesis Hair and Beauty in Clitheroe were busy doing their thing - turning Saoirse into a blooming goddess and taming those locks into a manageable up-do that perfectly showed off that AMAZING hat.

We headed over to the Haworth Art Gallery for the wedding ceremony. I feel right at home here as it's just up the road from me and I've spent many hours walking through the grounds. Saoirse and Will had chosen the venue because of childhood memories. We had amazing wedding, and after the ceremony which was of course, super personal, we headed outside to enjoy an afternoon tea in the sunshine. We took advantage of the beautiful garden for pictures too!

Before long it was time to head off to the reception venue - Barley Village Hall. This was my first village hall wedding and I am officially a convert! I love them and the way you can personalise them and make it just perfect.

Huge congratulations to two of my very favourite people. Here's a few of my favourites from your big day.
