A Summer Wedding at Stanley House

Emma and Marc choose the beautiful Stanley House because it felt like home. How lovely is that? I’m sure Marc won’t mind me saying that Emma was the driving force behind the wedding planning and all the beautiful hand made details and decor. There was a boho, rustic theme running throughout the day starting with Emma’s AMAZING dress and beautiful flowers by The Flower House Clitheroe. I loved all the handmade details and personal touches. Especially the succulent place settings which was such a great idea.

I joined Emma and her bridesmaids in the bridal suite at Stanley House while my second photographer Karl met up with Marc and his groomsmen. There was definitely some nerves in the air as the time came for everyone to make their way to the ceremony room. As soon as the ceremony was finished the guests headed out into the beautiful gardens at Stanley House for drinks and canapes whilst we snuck Emma and Marc away for some pictures.

The weather gods were certainly on our side the whole day long and we all enjoyed the beautiful sunshine. As the sun started to set Marc and Emma stayed outside for their first dance surrounded by friends and family.

Thank you to the newlyweds for inviting me to be a part of your big day. Here’s a selection of my favourite images. Thank you to Karl from   Karl Chester Photography for being an awesome second photographer.
