Sefton Palm House Wedding
I entitle this blog the many wonderful facial expressions of Sophie. That look of pure joy was there all day long! They chose the spectacular Sefton Palm House for their big. And it really is something special. The couple spend a lot of time in the park and have visited the Palm House many times. It meant a lot to them to be holding their wedding there and making it a part of their story.
I headed to Sophie’s parent’s house to join up with her and her bridesmaids as they got ready. We laughed hard for most of the morning. Sophie really has the more infectious laughter! My second photographer Kathryn headed to meet Jon and his brother for groom prep. And before you knew it the time had some to head over to Sefton Palm House where the couple’s friends and family were gathering for the ceremony. There were jaw drops aplenty as guests made their way into the Palm House and saw the beautiful ceremony set up under the tropical plants.
After a short but personal ceremony the newlyweds and their guests were able to make the most of the beautiful weather and explore some of the beauty spots at Sefton Palm House. Sophie, Jon and I headed off in the vintage camper van for a little drive around the park, with a quick stop off for some pictures. These two made my job so easy – there was so much laughter!
As the sun was setting we snuck out again to get some beautiful sunset images and it was soon time to head back inside the Palm House for some serious dancing – there was some excellent moves on show!
Huge thank you to Sophie and Jon for choosing me to capture their big day. Weddings like this make my heart sing. Here’s some of my favourites from the day.
