a super fun sefton palm house wedding - north west wedding photography
I entitle this blog the many wonderful facial expressions of Sophie. See that joy on her face? It was there ALL day. It was my first visit to Sefton Palm House wedding venue in Liverpool and I am now equally as smitten with it as I am with this lovely couple.
Sophie and Jon had no trouble choosing this venue for their big day. Not only is it stunning - it's also somewhere they've spent a lot of time together and where their families visit regularly. In Sophie's own words - "The Palm House was part of our lives and now it will be forever. It will always be home from home."
I headed to Sophie's family home in the morning where she was getting ready surrounded by her friends and parents. Quite soon after the beautiful flowers arrived and I've never seen a bride as excited about a buttonhole in my life! It was soon time to head off to Sefton for the ceremony.
The ceremony took place under the tropical flowers and ferns - it was perfect! Did I mention how completely in love I am with this venue? It's not hard to see why - it's light and bright and full of colour and it provided such a good backdrop for the couple to mark their mark through their botanical and copper decorations.
The guests enjoyed drinks whilst we headed off for a quick camper van tour of the park with the newlyweds. These two were totally naturals in front of the camera - so relaxed and happy - it made my job super easy!
It wasn't easy to choose my favourite images from this wedding - there were so many! It was colourful, joyous day with the loveliest of people and I'm so pleased I can share it with you.
Huge congratulations to Sophie and Jon and THANK-YOU for choosing me as your wedding photographer. Here's a selection of some of my faves from your big day. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the slideshow.
