Manchester Town hall wedding
Andrew and Alicia wanted a wedding day that was relaxed, informal and family centred. Along with their beautiful twin girls they tied the knot in the ever impressive surroundings of Manchester Town Hall and I was lucky enough to be there and photograph their day.
I joined Alicia and her bridesmaids at the couple's lovely home. It was a pleasure to work with Rachel Dutton Hair and Make up again. The house was full of running giggling children, family, friends and lots of laughter! We all oohed when the beautiful flowers were delivered by Frog Photography. Aren't they incredible! And then it was time for Alicia to get ready. Her simple lace dress was absolutely stunning.
Once everyone was ready we were whisked off to Manchester Town Hall in a big red bus. What a way to make an entrance. The atmosphere on the bus was electric - the excitement and the nerves!
Andrew was waiting at the Town Hall with his groomsmen - nervously anticipating Alicia's arrival. The ceremony was beautiful and moving and straight after we headed out for drinks inside the town hall. I managed to sneak Alicia and Andrew away for a little explore and to take some images. The inside of Manchester Town Hall is truly breath taking - so it would definitely be a huge waste not to take advantage of it.
After drinks and some images we all headed off to Dukes 92 on board the big red bus once again! The meal and evening reception took place at Dukes 92 where the couple were surrounded by their friends and family.
Andrew and Alicia - a huge congratulations. We so enjoyed spending the day with you.
Here are some of my favourite images from the day.
