a lot of lovely weddings - wedding photography in the north west
So....What do you do for a job? Me? I get to spend 10 hours with couples on one of the happiest days of their lives. Yes, I think I'm a lucky-so-and-so too.
I was totting up my weddings yesterday and realised I've just surpassed 150 weddings! Over 150 couples have put their trust in me to capture their big day within the past 4 years. How incredibly lucky am I to call this my job? Photographing weddings has taken me all over the North West - I've covered chic city centre weddings in Manchester, barn weddings in the Lakes, historical country house weddings in Cheshire and close to home weddings in Lancashire. I've shot at iconic buildings such as Manchester Town Hall and the Liver Building, incredible manor houses and stately homes, historic buildings, sweet village halls and even in one or two back gardens.
Every single couple I work with are different of course - but there's a theme that runs through each and every wedding I shoot. I get to work with couples who value their photography but also want their wedding day to be fun and relaxed, full of laughter and joy.
To celebrate passing the 150 mark I've looked back over the past year and chosen some of my favourite images for this little slideshow below. Have a sit back for two minutes and enjoy - I hope you just can't help smiling right along with the couples on the slideshow.
If you're planning your big day and I'm in the running for your wedding photographer (yipeeee) then this little slideshow will give you a really good idea of my style of photography. After that please go on to visit the Wedding Blog to check out loads of these lovely weddings in full. Or visit my Wedding Planning section where I share some of the tips and advise I've learned over the past 4 years.
I'd love to hear from you so when you're ready to chat, head on over to the Contact page.
